SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States and Australia.

Hayridge is an Australian business based in Melbourne, Victoria. We operate with an overseas fulfilment warehouse in China, from which orders are shipped directly to customers.

Our standard estimated delivery times for both markets are:

• Processing Time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Transit Time: 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Total Estimated Delivery: 6–12 business days from purchase
• Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders in the United States and Australia, with no minimum purchase.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, remote delivery locations, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to become available.

If we cannot dispatch an order within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase, we will notify you and provide the cancellation, delay-consent or refund options required under applicable consumer protection laws.

We remain responsible for fulfilling our delivery obligations as required by applicable law.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer a voluntary 30-day return period for eligible products, beginning on the date of delivery.

Voluntary change-of-mind returns are subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy, including requirements relating to product condition, original packaging and return authorisation.

Approved voluntary returns must be sent to our central returns warehouse in China using the return instructions provided by our customer service team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and applicable international return-related expenses for voluntary change-of-mind returns.

A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible voluntary returns where permitted by applicable law.

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase under our cancellation policy. Approved cancellation requests submitted after this period may be subject to an 8% processing and restocking fee where legally permitted.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, banks and payment providers may take an additional 5–10 business days to finalise the credit.

These voluntary conditions do not override any applicable statutory rights concerning defective, damaged or incorrectly described goods, delivery failures or other matters protected by law.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, statutory consumer guarantee remedies cannot be made conditional on payment of voluntary restocking or cancellation fees.
