At Hayridge we are proud to serve customers across Australia with dependable, well-organised delivery. Below you will find everything you need to know about how your order travels from our warehouse to your door.
1. General Shipping Information
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
Hayridge is an Australian registered and operated business (Highland Commerce PTY LTD, ACN 695 098 116) based in Melbourne, Victoria. Like many modern retailers we operate with an overseas fulfilment warehouse in China. This allows us to offer a wider range of styles, faster restocks and more competitive pricing. All orders are shipped directly from our overseas warehouse to your Australian address.
2. Processing Time
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and Australian public holidays.
During peak shopping periods or promotional events processing may take a little longer. If that happens we will keep you informed by email.
3. Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders of $79.00 or more. For orders under $79.00 a flat shipping fee of $7.45 applies at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has left our facility you can typically expect:
- Processing time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit time: 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Total estimated delivery: 6–12 business days from purchase
- Order cut-off: 6:00 PM (AEST)
- Timezone: Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)
Please note these timings are estimates and may be affected by international carrier delays, customs processing, remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses or restricted areas. Some products may carry additional shipping limitations based on Australian regulations or our carrier's policies.
6. Failed Deliveries or Returned Parcels
If a delivery cannot be completed because of an inaccurate address, a missed attempt or refusal at the door, the parcel may be sent back to the carrier. When that happens we will contact you to arrange a fresh dispatch. Additional shipping costs may apply for a second attempt.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged please contact us immediately at support@hayridge.com or +61 3 6164 3038. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work with you on a resolution as quickly as possible.
8. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update as parcels move through international and domestic carrier networks.
